History

Formed in 1991 though the merger of the South Australian College of Advanced Education and the South Australian Institute of Technology, the University of South Australia is an institution focused on the preservation and dissemination of knowledge through teaching, with an educational offering meant to enhance the diverse cultural life of the region.

Admission requirements

As usual with Australian universities, admission to the University of South Australia is handled through the South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC) which processes applications for a number of institutions in the region.
